Shipping
Every piece of artwork is carefully hand packed and shipped by me to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully. I take great care in preparing each order using protective packaging materials designed to keep your artwork secure during transit.
Processing Times
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Because each order is packed individually, processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, launches, or holidays.
For original artwork, custom pieces, or made-to-order prints, additional processing time may apply.
Domestic Shipping
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking included whenever available. Delivery times typically range between 3–7 business days after shipment depending on your location.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available on select orders. Delivery times and customs fees vary by country. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their destination country.
Packaging
All artwork is packaged with care using protective materials to help prevent damage during transit. Prints may be shipped flat or rolled depending on size, while original artwork is securely wrapped and boxed for protection.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork so I can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier. While delays can occasionally happen, I will always do my best to assist if issues arise with your shipment.
